The latest addition to the SSDN, SiteSupra Help Desk is simple, easy-to-use yet powerful application that helps you tracking and managing your commercial support enquiries. The system is designed to simplify commercial support by providing a comprehensive tool for enquiry registration, communications with SiteSupra Support managers, managing and paying for the inquiries. 

While registering the enquiry the system offers to choose one of pre-defined support types and fill-in a standardized inquiry form. The support types are Installation, Integration, Customization, and Graphic Design. The customer can also choose Other option if the enquiry doesnt fall into any of the standardized types.  

After the inquiry has been registered and confirmed by the SiteSupra Support manager the customer can communicate the required information in a way similar to SiteSupra Forum. The enquiry threads can be easily tracked and managed by logging onto the Help Desk. The customer also receives reply notifications to his email box. 

Compensating for the commercial support is similar to purchasing SiteSupra License it also involves a Registration Code, which in a Help Desk case is converted into the SiteSupra Support Credits. After the amount of work has been negotiated the customer compensates for the work with the credits on his account the Help Desk. 

In addition to commercial support inquiries management the Help Desk allows contributing information about bugs in SiteSupra.
